Which Diet is Right for You? There are so many diet plans today, no wonder it is hard to choose the right one. For example, the Weight Watchers plan concentrates on low fat foods while the Atkins plan concentrates on low carbohydrate foods. These plans are considered healthy alternatives to weight loss. There are other diets that are not so healthy but have quick results. Some of these diets include taking pills such as Metabolife and Dexatrim that speed up the body's metabolism in turn burning body fat quicker. Most people today want to choose the fastest way to lose weight. But that is not always the best or healthiest way. A way to find the right diet for you is to decide whether you want to lose weight for long-term good health or to fit into a particular outfit for an event in two weeks. Before choosing a diet you should research the particular plan that would best fit your needs to lose weight. But always remember the plan you choose may not be the healthiest for you or your lifestyle, so consult with your physician before beginning....
