Mathematical language is the commonest one around the world. That is what my math teacher once said, when I was studying in primary school. Undoubtedly, mathematics indeed operates without any racial or geographic boundary, and it is applied in many aspects, no matter for solving problems in real life or promoting sciences. As a fundamental science for interpreting the world, mathematics stands on an irreplaceable position. Among educational requirements, mathematics is always regarded as one of the most basic discipline. However, there are some peoples complaining why they have to suffer mathematics course and why they have to spend so much time on it which they might never use. They consider nothing more meaningful in learning this subject than taking examinations. In actuality, I held the same confusion before, but I have more rational and precise realization after studying in university. Playing the role of foundation, mathematics is not only widely applicable in daily life and exerts essential effectiveness on supporting other sciences, but also practices peoples thinking pattern and influences their personality as well.Practically, mathematics gets along much with problems existing in the real world. Everybody uses math whether they realize it or not. Shoppers use math to calculate change, tax, and sales prices cooks use math to modify the amount that a recipe will make investors use math to determine a budget and estimate interests. Used to solve daily problems, mathematics does not just stop at practicing the counting skill, and what is more important is to construct a mathematical thinking pattern. Take my own experience as an example. When I was studying in my last university, there is only one branch network of bank nearby. And I can well remember how crowded and inefficient it was.
